Today, Paypal support Vietnamse completely

From Sep 22 2009, I’ve logged to my PayPal account then get a notice about PayPal Policy Update:

Beginning Effective date: October 14, 2009, the PayPal User Agreement, Payments policy and buyer protection policy will be modified to include several new currencies as holding currencies and add additional withdrawal countries and the related fees and charges have been modified to include these new currencies. New currencies include: Filipino Peso, Taiwanese Dollar, Thai Baht, Malaysian Ringgit, Argentinean Peso, and Brazilian Reais. Bank account withdrawal countries being added include Vietnam, Malaysia, Argentina, and Brasil. Several of these currencies are restricted currencies and not all PayPal features will be available with regards to a restricted currency and not all customers will have access to restricted currencies.

This is really interesting, Before Oct 14, Vietnam PayPal accounts only for the purpose of payment but not allowed to receive money. Today, Today, Vietnamese PayPal accounts can send, receive and in-country bank withdraw funds from Oct 14.Continue reading

Snipplr.com is like del.icio.us for people who write a lot of code. Snipplr covers almost every language from ASP, ASP.NET, PHP to Ruby, Django or AS3. With Snipplr you can keep all of your often used code snippets in one place that’s accessible from any computer. By that way,  You can save your time by finding a source code as per your project need. Snipplr is one of my favourite sites for finding and sharing code snippets.

Are you see the button on the left side? It is very similar to retweet and digg buttons! Currently, almost everyone has a Facebook account, so along other social networks, Facebook can also be source of quality blogs’ visitors.
Unlike Twitter, Facebook doesn’t give a way to see what’s being shared by users outside one’s network. Now, with fbShare service you can showing the number of times the URL of the current page has actually appeared on Facebook (like the TweetMeme or Digg button) and allows visitors to share it themselves.

The Essential Safari Plugins for Web Developers

Safari is a web browser developed by Apple Inc. First released as a public beta on 7 January 2003 on the company’s Mac OS X operating system, it became Apple’s default browser beginning with Mac OS X v10.3 “Panther”. It is the most popular browser in the world that even Mac Windows and Linux users are known. Currently, Safari web browser available on the Mac, Windows, iPhone, or iPod touch environments.

However, web development using Safari may still seems a bit troublesome compare to Mozilla Firefox. Previously, the addition of new features for Safari by developers 3rd almost impossible because your browser does not support plugins. Now it has come true.

Note: Many plugins work through something called SIMBL (Simple InputManager Bundle Loader), which is basically a little tool that helps developers manage and run their code as plugins for the different applications on OS X. It’s free.

Our readership is all over the world, but the most readers are on the east and west coast of the United States.
Of course, this also depends on the timezone in which the majority of your readers are from; you want to try and publish a post in the morning of when your readers in the most earliest timezone wake up.
